A verification log is only useful if the reader knows exactly what its words mean. This page fixes those meanings so that entries stay comparable across platforms and over time.
What each verdict means

| Not found | The specific check was performed on the stated date and returned no result. This records the absence of a finding. It is not a claim that the thing does not exist. |
| Self-published only | Material exists, but every instance traces to the platform itself or to a channel it paid or operates — press-release wires, owned profiles, undisclosed placements. |
| Alleged | A third party asserts something that has not been independently verified. Recorded with its source and treated as unproven. Never stated as fact. |
| Contradicted | A specific claim made by the platform is inconsistent with a verifiable record. |
Rules the logs follow
- Every entry carries the date it was checked. A finding without a date is not a finding, because platforms change and registrations are granted and revoked.
- Allegation and fact never share a sentence. Where an allegation is recorded, it is labelled and attributed. No log entry asserts that a named company committed a crime.
- “Not found” is written as what it is. The temptation to promote a failed search into a positive finding is where this genre usually goes wrong; a search that returned nothing is recorded as a search that returned nothing.
- Every check must be repeatable by the reader. If a result cannot be reproduced from a public source, it does not go in the log.
What this site will not do
It will not accept payment to add, alter, soften, or remove an entry, from a platform or from anyone else. It will not offer, endorse, or refer fund-recovery services — a category that includes documented secondary fraud against people who have already been defrauded. It will not tell you whether to invest in anything, and it does not publish price views or forecasts.
Corrections
Errors get corrected in place, dated, with the previous wording noted rather than quietly deleted. This applies equally to a correction that makes a platform look better: if a registration or independent listing turns up that an earlier check missed, that becomes a dated entry like any other.
